Dwell offers a variety of classes (vinyasa, hatha, restorative, etc) in both an infrared heated and non-heated atmosphere. We categorize our classes as either Level One or Level Two. Level One classes guide you slowly through many basic yoga asanas (postures). These classes are suitable for beginners as well as those recovering from injury or those who have taken a break from their mats. Advanced students are invited to join our Level One classes to work on the finer points of alignment in basic postures.
Level One at Dwell classes include Deep Stretch, Gentle, Hatha, Slow Flow and Restorative.
This summer we are excited to offer additional Level One classes including Soul Care and Mat Pilates/Yoga Fusion.

Level Two classes assume a working knowledge of yoga. The classes may move quicker than a Level One and options for more advanced variations of the poses may be offered.
Level Two classes at Dwell include All Level Flow, Hot Vinyasa, Power and Slow Burn.
All classes, no matter the level, will place an emphasis on using the breath and working mindfully with the body. Intentions for every class are centered on scripture, and classes end with moments of silence for personal prayer, reflection and meditation.
