Dwell Yoga is honored to be one of the original 12 locations chosen for In-Person Holy Yoga Training. This 200-hr teacher training program is lead by Maureen Beville, HYT, C-LIT and Owner of Dwell Yoga and Paula Stanton, e-500RYT, HYT, C-LIT, STOTT Pilates Certified.
Over the last 16 years, Holy Yoga has trained over 6,000 Christ-centered yoga instructors around the world. Might YOU be one of these instructors, sharing your love of yoga and Jesus with others?
Who is teacher training for? It’s for everyone, even those who don’t have a desire to teach but just want to deepen their practice and grow closer to God. Current yoga instructors are also invited to join us for 100 hrs of training that includes bible study, class sequencing and weaving the Word.
Participants who complete the 200hr and 100hr program will receive a Holy Yoga Teacher Certification.

Holy Yoga teacher training is a transformative process. If you are reading this page, it is no coincidence. A desire to share the love of Christ through the modality of yoga is already in you. TRAINING DATES AND SPECIFICS:
The 200-hr training includes 9 in-person sessions (Friday evenings 6-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm) + bi-weekly Life Group zoom sessions. Students should expect to spend about 4 hrs/week on their mats practicing yoga in addition to the assigned readings/homework in between sessions. As an added value, teachers-in-training will receive a complementary unlimited Dwell Yoga membership during the training period.
