Unroll your mat and join us. We offer a variety of Level 1 and 2 classes to meet the wide range of needs of our students.
Level 1 classes are appropriate for all students, especially those brand new to yoga as well as those who haven’t practiced yoga for some time, are recovering from injury or managing a physical condition.
Level 2 classes are more challenging physically and students may benefit from having some prior yoga experience. Modifications are always given in Level 2 classes.
