Did you know almost any yoga pose can be adapted to be done on a chair?
Beginning June 5th, Paula Stanton, eRYT, HY-LIT and certified Chair Yoga Instructor, will be leading a new virtual class Mondays at 11:15AM. Join from your desk or the comfort of your home and learn how to stay active, even if you find yourself limited to a desk or chair for the majority of your day.
Participants will sign up for online classes through our Mindbody scheduling tool, and reservations must be made at least one hour before the class starts. Zoom links will be sent to registered participants within one hour of class start time.
Existing class passes and memberships can be used to attend online classes as well as single drop-ins.
