Linsey is fun, engaging and prepared when she teaches, but don’t let the smile fool you. She is serious about the health and fitness of her clients. She lives in Frisco, TX with her husband, Chris, and 3 amazing kids. Calling Gateway Frisco their church home, Chris and Linsey invite the Holy Spirit to flood every area of their lives. Linsey became a Christian in middle school when she had an encounter with Jesus and asked Him into her heart.

After her second pregnancy, she felt stuck in a body she didn’t know how to fix. Carrying extra baby weight and lacking energy, motivation and knowledge of proper nutrition plagued her. She made the decision in 2010 to head to a local gym and hire a personal trainer. This sparked her interest in fitness. It was a journey of commitment to nutrition, fitness and lifestyle that eventually got her in the best shape of her life.

Linsey fell in love with yoga as a physical practice in 2014.  Being more gentle on her body while still being physically challenging was just what she needed at the time. After completing her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher training with Soul Motivation Yoga in 2016, teaching Yoga quickly became a favorite for Linsey. Impacting her students’ mind, body and spirit allows for a message of hope, life and love to be shared. Linsey’s classes are acceptable for all levels and will promote flexibility, strength and confidence.  Her authentic messages are plucked from the lessons the Lord is teaching her in her own life and will leave you full of gratitude.

In addition to Yoga, Linsey has taught Piloxing, Jillian Michaels BodyShred, boxing and kickboxing at Title Boxing Club and boot camps. She loves the group fitness setting because it reminds her to have fun, relax and enjoy building relationships with others. Do you ever take yourself too seriously? Fitness, and the journey to better health should be FUN! In addition to teaching in large gym settings she is also confident in one-on-one and small group sessions.

Because fitness is one aspect in the pyramid of health, Linsey is also experienced in nutritional coaching. She has successfully partnered with hundreds of individuals, guiding them to an easier and more simple way of integrating clean eating into their lifestyle. She wants all her clients to know that Action, Consistency, and Time WILL lead to results.
