Keya is one of Dwell’s newest instructors. She brought her energy and enthusiasm to the team in 2021, subbing vinyasa and slow flow classes. She has been practicing yoga for 10 years and has been teaching since 2010 after receiving her yoga certification through American Power Yoga.
Although Keya often leads power practices, she believes in making yoga accessible to everyone, thereby meeting each student where they’re at in their practice. Students enjoy how she is able to blend both her energy and spunk with the nurturing side of her personality, creating classes that are both challenging yet peaceful.
Keya is a wife and mom to two very busy girls that keep her on the go! When she’s not chasing after her little ones, you’ll find her reading, traveling and scuba diving.
