Schedule Changes

On June 1, we re-opened the studio with small classes (mats spaced 6 feet apart) and a limited schedule. We have tried to stagger the morning and evening times, giving opportunities to find your favorite classes at different times through the week. As always, we encourage our client’s to share their feedback, and based on the responses we have received since June 1, we are making the following changes to the schedule effective June 22.

A common question we receive is, “what is the best class for a deep stretch?”. We get this from new yogis, athletes, workout enthusiasts who are sore or tight- even our regular students who just want to stretch out after a busy week.

We are excited to offer this class, warmly heated to 80F with infrared heat to enhance the deep stretch experience, on Wednesday evenings at 6PM.

We have received requests from many of our regulars to return to our 6PM classes. We will now offer 6PM classes on Tuesdays (Restorative) and Wednesdays (Deep Stretch).

Our Monday and Wednesday evening classes will move to 6:30PM. Enjoy a Slow Flow now on Mondays and Vinyasa Flow on Thursdays.

Policy Updates

Opening the studio at a reduced capacity means we have to be mindful of our business operations. Since our opening, it has been important to us to provide quality yoga at a reasonable price, participate in community and charity events whenever possible, and to give back to organizations that have touched our hearts. In order to continue working towards these goals, it is important that we manage our expenses and costs at the studio.

Therefore, we will begin to enforce a no-show policy on reservations that secure a place in class but result in non-attendance. No-shows will be charged a $10 fee. Students can cancel any reservation in a class within 2 hours of the start time via our website or in the Mindbody app. For emergencies within the one hour window, please call the studio directly at 469-305-3767.

Classes in which only one student is registered will be cancelled. Studio will notify the registered student and that class will be re-applied to an existing class pass or limited membership for future use.

Please remember to bring your own mat and props to assist with our Cover-19 safety measures.

Reservations are required to participate in class. This allows for a touch-less check in system and is required to maintain our  limited class size.
