NEW CLASS!! Chair Yoga
At Dwell, we truly believe yoga is for every body, even bodies that find getting on and off a yoga mat difficult. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial if you have limited mobility due to joint pain or joint replacement or an injury or condition that makes a traditional yoga class inaccessible.
